In the master plan, we support you in the conceptual design and follow a classic design thinking process. On the basis of predefined factors and a participatory process with local people, we assess the specific regional potential for cycling. On this basis, we develop interdisciplinary development scenarios, sketch out route networks and implementation costs, clarify responsibilities and responsible agencies, and present a business model. Masterplans are alive – and the results are rarely identical. But all master plans have in common the development of a long-term mountain bike strategy and the sensitization of the local population to the topic of mountain biking.
