Who are the people behind Bikeplan?

Our team consists of professional mountain bike enthusiasts from the fields of environmental engineering, tourism, regional development, scenography, business administration and management, GIS, spatial planning, sustainability, community building and trail construction.

Adrian Greiner

Founder

Diploma spatial and scenographic design FH

Adrian is the founder and the heart of Bikeplan. He is literally bubbling over with new ideas. What matters to him is the user experience and sustainable implementation. Adrian has more than 15 years of experience in architecture and scenography and almost 10 years of experience in mountain bike destination development. At Bikeplan he takes a back seat and is mainly responsible for strategy and partnerships.

Janine has many years of experience in tourism and the hotel industry. As a mommy of two children, she enjoys being out in nature and loves to discover it again with them. With us, she has the administrative, management and “back office” work firmly under control. But she is by no means sitting hidden in a closet! Her motivation is written all over her face when she actively supports the team in planning. In this way, she makes a major contribution to the good working atmosphere and keeps the company on track.

Involved from the beginning, Jan is committed to the development of “his” region, the Valais. He sees mountain biking not only as a wonderful leisure activity, but also as an opportunity for structurally weak areas to reinvent themselves. The holistic development of regions is close to his heart. Our multi-talent does not miss the opportunity to pass on his wealth of knowledge in maintenance courses and is involved as a mountain bike guide and kids trainer.

Felix likes to learn new things. It is particularly important for him to convey to people the beauty and value of their natural environment and to support its sustainable use. His strengths lie in visitor monitoring and management as well as nature conservation. At Bikeplan, he is primarily involved in the Erasmus project DIRTT (Developing Intereuropean Resources for Trail building Training), which is dedicated to training trail builders.

With his incredible mountain bike enthusiasm, Sylvain fits perfectly into the team. His simultaneously calm and deliberate manner is very valuable and extremely appreciated by all. Sylvain not only leads the trail crew in Verbier, he is also enormously involved in the local bike club and is himself an excellent mountain biker – but prefers to play it cool.

Sébastien is our specialist for western Switzerland and can somehow do everything. He is never stressed and always finishes before the deadline, which is probably related to his passion for long runs and steep climbs. He also learned German in 3 months better than others learned French in 9 years of school.

Florian is a creative multi-talent. At Bikeplan, he brings both his geographical and his versatile design knowledge to the table. This is supported by his sporty nature and his passion for mountain biking. Thanks to him, the team also meets regularly on the trails in their free time.

Owner of 360° Outdoor & Course Director NDS HF Tourism Outdoor Management
Nicole is a tourism & outdoor expert and supports the team in the development of strategy and organization. With her many years of experience and her valuable network – among other things, she was Head of Marketing at Switzerland Tourism for 12 years – she always opens new horizons and doors for the team. She loves the movement outdoors in nature and in the mountains.
