Over the last few years, we have developed an iterative approach based on design thinking to develop destinations or regions.
In a six-part process, we first try to understand the factors on site and observe the people and their needs. We process these findings in internal synthesis workshops and prepare them in a rough concept. We submit the rough concept to a first round of consultation and develop a mountain bike strategy based on the feedback.
The exact results and outputs differ from project to project, because we try to deliver the most suitable and best results for each region. And depending on the initial situation and needs, these can vary from basic clarification of responsibilities to a 10-year development plan.
